We are looking for an experienced Administration Clerk to be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in handling administrative operations.
The role will include but not limited to; sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; assisting the accounts department in accounting functions; handling and organizing filing; maintaining the office stationary, office equipment and fix asset inventories; minute taking when required; assisting with booking travel and venues for conferences and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, together with excellent communication and customer service skills. Mandarin speaking is desirable.
