Phase two comprises four separate buildings providing 546 apartments with private podium gardens, together with ground level parking and landscaped gardens adjoining the park space next to the canal.
Dongwen Yu, lead director at BCEGI, said:
“We are thrilled to announce the practical completion of this ambitious mixed-use development in Salford. This is a major milestone for BCEGI and we would like to thank our delivery team as well as all the supply chain for exceeding our expectations and delivering this project to the highest standards. This is an incredible achievement in the current circumstances and the combined efforts of an incredibly strong team.”
