BCEGI is the main contractor for the £1 billion Middlewood Locks mixed use development, a brand new neighbourhood in Salford and at the gateway to Manchester city centre.
Real estate investor and developer Scarborough Group International specifically chose to work in partnership with us to help deliver the 24.5 acre regeneration scheme, which is set to deliver 900,000 sq ft of commercial and mixed use development including offices, hotel, shops, restaurants and a gym as well as 2,215 new homes.
The first phase is now complete and successfully delivered 571 apartments. The second phase began on site in 2018 and comprises four residential blocks with 546 apartments. It will also include ground-level parking and landscaped gardens adjoining the park by the canal.
