We’ve been busy! Over the past week, members of our team have been volunteering their time to attend local school and college careers events. This included the Buile Hill Academy in Salford where our Eccles project team spoke to pupils about the ‘World of Work’ and what is involved in their day-to-day job roles in construction.
Our Middlewood Locks team attended the ‘World of Work’ event at the Lowry Academy in Salford, where they engaged with pupils to discuss life in development and regeneration.
In Wigan, our project team recently attended a Meet the Employer event, where students were able to discuss opportunities for work placements and careers across a range of sectors.
CSR is a hugely important part of our business and we actively encourage our team members to get involved in activities and events such as these. We’re committed to making a difference within the places we work and providing opportunities for the younger generations living there.
