A role in Administration involves structure, as you will have many set tasks to work through daily. You will work directly with a wide range of people at all levels – from colleagues, management, and directors, through to external clients and suppliers. You are the first point of contact for a variety of key stakeholders.
In this role you will communicate with our target audiences both directly and indirectly through marketing and media, ensuring the company’s values are consistently maintained. You will plan and implement strategies to raise the profile of our brand through campaigns, national press and direct communication with stakeholders.
You will work with site teams, community groups and education providers to identify and manage opportunities where BCEGI can use its resources to ensure that the local community derives lasting benefits from BCEGI's activities. You will maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to support the company's communications strategy.
The Finance Team’s activities cover a wide range of tasks, from basic book-keeping to providing information and assisting BCEGI in making strategic decisions. The Finance Team are responsible for all day-to-day transactional accounting for the business, through to managing the organisation’s cash flow and ensuring there are enough funds available to meet the day-to-day payments. Working together with the board and senior managers, the Finance Team prepares the organisation’s budgets and forecasts to assist BCEGI in making key strategic decisions.

This includes developing and establishing HR processes and strategy, leading HR projects and initiatives to meet HR and business needs, facilitating the recruitment and assessment of talent into the business and providing advice, support and guidance to management and colleagues.
