Early in 2020, BCEGI were announced as development partner with Middlesbrough Council to deliver a digital landmark building to boost job creation for the city.
The striking new seven-storey building will fit into the wider Boho masterplan already transforming Middlesbrough’s historic heart.
Working directly with the Mayor of Middlesbrough, BCEGI was appointed as development manager to deliver this “digital powerhouse” which is intended to attract digital & tech companies and act as a catalyst for social, economic and environmental change across Boho, Tees Valley and the wider region.
Just a minute’s walk from Middlesbrough railway station, which will soon have direct links to London, the development will house the town’s market-leading digital and tech firms under one roof.
