The Lexington

BCEGI is the main contractor for Moda’s £90 Million The Lexington build-to-rent development, funded by Apache Capital Partners, overlooking Liverpool waterfront, recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The Lexington - named after its New York-inspired design - is the first part of Peel Group’s £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration.

This stunning landmark development includes an iconic 34-storey tower, comprising of 325 stylish units with ground-breaking residents amenities tailored to the build-to-rent market.

The building comes complete with a 17th floor sky lounge, residents roof terrace and health and wellbeing facilities. The Lexington sets the new standard for high quality, contemporary living in Liverpool.

Work started in 2018 and completed in September 2021.
