Carbon Management
Middlewood Locks has been in with Business Growth Hub to design a carbon management training programme to reduce the environmental impact of our supply chain and help our supplier optimise their efficiency and improve their environmental performance. The first session will take place at the end of October. There have been 16 suppliers with around 20 people committed to participate.
Introducing BIM to Lark Hill Primary School
Nidaa Alazmeh, our BIM coordinator also one of our STEM Ambassadors, introduced Year 5 pupils to BIM Modelling. The pupils were given tasks to design their own buildings and learned how to use the software technology to rotate, scale and move models.
